Electrical Upgrade(s)

I have another Soundstream amp that is blown, but I am thinking of getting it fixed and putting it in with the other amp. I really don't want to "invest" money on say an HO alternator, becasue I do not expect having this car for too much longer. What are some reasonably priced upgrades?

What ohm load? What is your stock alternators output? Is your other soundstream the same as the first? If you are at 1ohm on your 1500 and are adding another, you gotta do something with your electrical system. At the least i would do the Big 3 and add a yellow top.

From bloomington? A townie or a student. I am in Netherlands now but grew up in Bloomington and come back every summer to get the boat thumpin on monroe.

Yeah I guess I'm a townie, but I'm going to Purdue next year for engineering. The amps are the same model, and I run the PCA at 1 ohm. I was lookin into a kinetik batt, but I'm not sure how big of a battery I need. I am not sure on the alternators output.

upgrade your big 3 and just get a better battery (optima,kinetic)
