My current system:

Soundstream DTR1 3400 amp (amp is .5 stable )

(2) Fi BTL 15" @ .7 ohm (BTL are Fully Loaded)

Electrical:

Big 3

Mechman 250 amp alternator

2 Run of 0 Gauge

Kinetic 2400 in Front

Batcap 8400 in Rear

I was thinking of picking up another Soundstream DTR1 3400 amp. I would power each sub with one amp. Would that be good enough to run both amp?

If not, I was thinking of picking up another Kinetic 2400 or 3800 battery for the rear.

agreed, your single alt won't be up to the challenge.

if you're going to add another amp and draw that much power, dual alts should be considered with a battery bank.

on a side note - you didn't list the massive speaker system you have to keep up with those subs?

is this an SPL competition system or a daily driver? what are you trying to accomplish?

this is a daily driver system.

For now i have Rockford Power Series Comp in Front and Power Series Coaxial in Rear. I will be adding 2 more pair of Comp in the Front.

Thank every there help.
