electrical problems

Alright so im expierecing dips in my music...like it fades...I think this is an electrical problem so im going with a new alt...250 amp from excessive amperage...and a new battery...will this solve the problem, and also do I have to do "The Big 3"

I would do the big three even before you get an Alt. Chances are, thats all you need to make it go away.
