electrical problems .. dimming.. etc

first off the stats on truck ,

dodge diesel (cummins)

dual underhood batteries,

1 aq2200d onto a aq hdc3 12 ..

1 kicker zx650.4

2 big autozone batts under hood,

1 deka intimidator (ngt) in the back about 2 feet from the aq,

full 0 gauge power and ground ran to the deka, then wired to the aq2200,

the kicker has a 0 gauge power from the front batt,

going down the road even at like 55 mph my focking lights are still dimming pretty badly ..

adjusted the gains and and filters by ear , and even when the remote knob is basically all the way down with no real sub output i still get the dimming ..

what is teh problem ?

its a 2000 ,

from the factory its ran with what appears to be 1/0 or even larger so i didnt do that,

i did upgrade the grounds,

also i just had a "refurbished" alternator put in my aamco ..

Ive been talking to mechman , but i cant quite afford it yet ..

im gonna have to have a talk with the shop ..

i doubt the big 3 will solve the problem. hi amp alt is the answer.
