At the moment i have nothing installed in my camaro for the past few months when its running idle the voltage meter jumps around like crazy its not dropping below 13 but it steady going from 13 to 14.4 then back and the lights all blink when you give it the gas are when your driving its fine what do you think this problem could be

Check Belt slippage, loose V meter wire, and then take it up to an autozone to have them on-car test is what i'd prolly do 1st. If you have an additional electric fan on that camaro, it might be switching on & off.
