I currently have a kinetik 1800 under hood and a deka 9a31 in the back, sundown 3kd and kicker 650.4 I plan on getting a 250a ho alt from mechman soon. With that setup will I be able to run full tilt for maybe 30 mins at a time. probably won't even do it that much. Oops forgot to mention running 2 ohms each channel on kicker and 1 ohm on sundown. I don't feel like reconing my sub (hdc 12 al) I would like to get another 12 but I know it's better to keep each sub at the same ohms. So my next question is is it okay if I get another d1 sub and have enough power to run the amp at 0.5 ohms without frying the subs? I'm hoping yes due to impedence rise. lol Yet another question....should I run 1 or 2 1/0g from the amp to the front battery or 1 to the front and one to the back? do i need to "upgrade" my stock alt fuse? I currently have the 1/0 going from the alt to the battery fused at 150 (130a alt) stock fuse is the same. I just don't know if that fuse in the fuse box will blow due to way more current.
