OK I got a 320 amp alt that's dedicated to audio only, I'll be running two 3ks gain matched at 1ohm each and was wondering which would give me a more stout electrical:

3 kinetik hc3800s

Or

3 juicebox black cherries

Please state why you'll pick one over the other as well thanks

Go to your local battery shop.

There should be a shop nearby that has East Penn batteries like Deka or something like Duracell.

Don't waste your money on Kenetik. They're marked up. I also wouldn't buy Juicebox.

Get generic AGM group 31's. Can get them cheaper than "car audio" batteries. They might not be designed to discharge as fast, but they're cheaper and you can get more for your money.

Car audio batteries that are properly designed for this hobby might have a lower internal resistance. I'd just get a bunch of generic batteries though.

Just get the cheapest AGM's your local shops have.

They might also have a "used" pile like we have. If you're on a budget, you can sometimes find one year old Gems. We're selling a year old Interstate battery for $60. Another used battery we have cranks over 700A for $60

@Massive spl I was trying to get in on that preorder for the black cherries all Kevin do was take off ten bucks for each batt and I'm getting three and its still costing me $720.00 is that a good deal?

Wouldn't get them simply because there's the same stuff out there cheaper. I can get Deka's cheaper

Well between massive SPL & talking to Kevin Ross I've put my order in for 4 of them later tonight I'll have my 1 kinetik hc3800 posted up for sale plus I need to buy a good charger for these build log coming soon as well

I got 5 C&D batts for 100$ local, they are working rather good, you can just wait out till you find someone that just doesnt give a F* anymore or is getting out of car audio.

Battery tender agm float charger. They got slow 2amp ones for like $15 or you can get bigger ones for more monies

They will all charge properly .. 2amp will slowly charge them like 24hrs... If you want to charge them faster get the bigger charger. They are a float charger so you just plug it in and forget it.

why are we talking about battery charges? that what a alt is for.
