Everytime there is a thread about ED, your only opinions are insults. And calling me a lemming, lmao, thats cute. Like i said, i dont expect people to change their minds about ED. Just if someone asks about ED, who cares if you had a bad experience with them. Now, they take care of their customers. Sorry if they ****ed you over (as you say they did).

1) You call it a personal grudge. Get a clue. Listen to my words. the company is crooked, they've been caught lying, stealing, cheating, etc. At what point does a consumer have the right to say the things Im saying about eDuh? This is not a personal grudge, I do not know Ben personally.

4) My only opinions of eDuh and Ben Milne are insults because there is nothing good to say. I mean, Im sure he's a good neighbor, maybe a respected person in his local church... he might be the world's greatest husband. I dont know, I dont care. he's a manufacturer, Im a consumer, we are both playing out the roles the situation gave us. Me, as a consumer, has every right to call foul when a manufacturer is caught with their hand in the cookie jar, time and time again. So forgive me if you dont catch me praising him, Im still waiting for him to give me a reason to.

5) You ARE a lemming. Look up what lemmings are, and are famous for, you'll understand better. At this point I think Ben milne could be convicted of being the real killer of OJ Simpson's wife, and you'd still be here making excuses why its not Ben's fault. The only people who recommend eD should be people ignorant of their past. You are not ignorant of it, yet you still follow them where ever they lead you, defending them all the way. Im sorry friend, but that does indeed make you a lemming.

6) They never ****ed me over, so I do not have a personal axe to grind... nice try. They almost screwed me over, but I was smart and lucky enough to find out their lies before sending them any money. After that, after finding out Ben almost got my hard earned money via his LIES, I decided I would make it a personal hobby of mine to inform everyone and anyone else that I can. Now the eDuh fans like you dont like people like me stating FACTS, and want to discount them as mere biased and hate filled opinion. The real truth is, you are the one who is biased, not me.

From what I understand, a company can reapply to have an already-existing patent extended. I am quite certain that JL will do this for all their patents.

I guess what I don't understand is why didn't eD approach JL with cross-license intent and simply pay the few bucks JL would charge for using said technology? It would have been much cheaper than investing $20k+ on a basket run only to throw them in the dumpster...

Again, reminding people that this company has been caught 1) lying to consumer to try and steal their money, 2) trying to steal technology from their competition, to sell as their own idea, 3) etc etc... is us just 'not letting shit go'. One thing you should understand is this, i am not protecting Ben, i am protecting his products. This is one thing people misinterpret about me. I love their products. Bottom line. Only thing i said about Ben, was that when i talked to him, he gave me a deal on DLS comps. Thats it, never did i say he was innocent, like i said, dont know what happened, but its something to look into. Maybe we can avoid another 10 p ages of this. But its not going to change my mind about his products.

Then you claim that JL is "scared" because for the price you could get two of eD's offerings.

By defending his products, you defend his business ethics, his business tactics, and all these underhanded methods he uses to bring those products to market.
By stating only positive about Ben and his company, while ignoring/leaving out all the overwhelming amount of FACTS that show otherwise, is indeed protecting Ben. Oh wow, Ben gave you a deal on a comp set recently, great news for you! But hey, screw all the people who bought aspahlt deadening mat that was advertised as rubber based, right? Screw all those people with broken 15" cones that never got a refund, right? Screw those guys at Jl Audio who worked hard on their patented ideas, only to have Ben come along and attempt to portray them as his own, on his own product, right? So long as YOU dont feel YOU are getting screwed personally, you're fine with Ben and his ethics. No big surprise there, that's EXACTLY what every eD fanboi falls back on when cornered. The idea its not about the company or the man, its about the products. Of course, this company offers not one innovative product you couldn't find elsewhere, but whatever helps you sleep at night...
