eD is not making anything XBL^2....the 13.av2 is your (relatively) standard underhung driver.
Robot Underground bought a bunch of the old Brahma motors from Adire when they went under. Now they use different coils and softparts than the original Brahma drivers....not necessarily of the right geometry, either.

But there are lots of good XBL^2 drivers out there right now...CSS SDX series, Exodus Shiva-X/Tempest-X/XJ-18/EX-6.5, GR Research, and the new Stereo Integrity Mags will be XBL^2 as well.

I see. I was unaware that they XJ-18 uses XBL^2. I've heard a couple XBL^2 subs(Mags/XXX's), and one mid(Extremis)...all of them really pleased and surprised me as far as clean linear output was concerned.
