Listening to all you whine about Ben and call him names is pretty immature for the most part. I think it highlights the age group of most members on this forum.

You folks act like it's surprising that a small internet based company, who can afford to sell their products for excellent prices, is going to lack the R&D necessary to have an extremely low failure rate. The fact is, when you buy your Fi or your RE or your eD, you are buying a product from a small company that hasn't invested nearly as much time developing their product as a company that is established and has been doing it for awhile.

If you blow up a sub, whether your fault or not, the first step is going to be to get it replaced. If you have bought from a reputable store/vendor and are buying established equipment, your chance of faulty equipment or inability to get your warranteed items repaired are much less.

Keep in mind, I'm in no way affiliated with any audio company nor am I trying to defend eD. It's just funny to listen to a bunch of 16 year olds whine about how Ben "takes it up the ***" because they heard that so and so had a bad experience with a company.

I have bought several subs through eD and never managed to have a problem. You as a consumer need to realize what you are purchasing when you are purchasing it. If it takes months before you can get it, then don't bother! It's common sense really.

And now on a lighter note....I bet nobody here had/has these original e15a's that I used to run. They had direct connect terminals like DD's and the carbon fiber dustcap. because they are blind sheep. most of them werent even around when ed had their problems..., but because a few senior members dont like them (ed DID do some shady shit in the past, but have had no problems for years) all the newbies follow them like always...

It's the sheer principals of the matter. If i know a company has done shady things in the past i'm going to go out of my way to do business with them in the future. It's common sense. The best predictor of future behavior, is past behavior. There is no way i'm going to support a company in ANY way that i feel would go back to the same shameless *** business practices as it did as soon if the going got tough once again. Nonsense.

Although if they follow the W7 as closely as it looks like they are they might have a winner.

I agree with you, but when I have had multiple good experiences with them, I don't rely on other things that have happened, but rather how my experience was.

Oh, and indoaudio is not a scammer...I have bought several things from them as have my friends and they have even given me package deals that weren't through eBay. If they were "scammers" as you put it, they wouldn't have these statistics:

They got the product, then complained because it wasn't quick enough. After being offered a credit toward another purchase, the website-maker decided it was "bribery".

Squeak is a moderator and has a lot of advice to offer, I would hope he posts a lot.
