Ok, so I have everything else for my new system except amplification. I work for a diamond dealer, so i get them retail for about ebay prices. I've heard good things about american bass (didn't snova use em for a while on his mt?) and eD, but also bad things about eD. I really hate posting this, but I've used the search function and I can't find adequate information. I'm looking for a mono and a 4 channel. Feel free to rant and rave as much as you like, all information is appreciated. I love all of you. Except stroker_boy.

when i worked for a diamond dealer i got demo promotions that was alot less than ebay.

The new Diamond D-series amps have a lifetime warranty if installed by an authorized dealer.

As the OP works for a Diamond dealer I would assume they could get paperwork showing sufficient info to get that warranty.

Lifetime > 3 years ANYDAY!

821 before tax and install for d61500 and d6600. Not shabby. 40 bucks an amp for install, 7 percent tax. Like 950 prolly. eD would be like 585. 400 worth it? Me thinks yes. My only worry is, will 150 watts be too much for infinity 462.7 4x6's..?? RMS 60 watts handling, 180 peak. Diamond D6's are in a different class the eD amps

I own both D6s and eD amps and D6s are definatly a step up

a closer comparison would prolly be a D3 series

both eD and DA are good stuff but try to keep apples to apples

If you can buy D6's at ebay prices with full warrenty and can afford the products

IMO its a no brainer
