No. It's a subwoofer, not a midbass driver...

Why do you WANT your sub to handle midbass duties as well? Budget constraints?

I am pickin up a IDMAX on Sunday (never heard one in person but I am excited!!) but I just want something to fill that void.

Judging from your sig, you have that handled already. Why don't you go into depth on exactly what your running and how it's set up and exactly what you're trying to achieve. I think we'd be better able to help.

i know some 10's can. eric stevens made 4 or 6 idw 10's for a friend of mine to be used as mid basses. now i just contiplate buying some usd super A's and getting the idw 10's. i have 2 20 watt monolithics just begging for horns

Well my Diamond sub needs to be fixed, I am going to get an estimate on that as soon as I leave work (around 5 pm) if it costs alot to be fixed, I will need a replacement. My NINe.4 is running all my comps on channels A and B. I will run the sub bridged on channels C & D, and set the amp correctly. It REALLY sucks right now because I have NO BASS!! My Diamond mid comps are sent it in for warranty and my mid bass sub is out of order. Hopefully my Diamond sub won't cost alot to fix but I'd like to have an insurance policy in case it costs alot
