eclipse cd7000 issue

when I hit the eject button the face folds down but the cd won't eject. any suggestions?

and if anyone has a manual I would pay for it.

well I tried it again and nothing, the cd simply keeps playing

Wow, thats wierd that has happaned to me before and I just hit eject and when the unit flipped down I pressed and held down the eject button again for like 4seconds and it came out.

I waw on another site a guy had a cd stuck for EVER then for another reason he disconnected his battery, and the cd popped out. well I tried that and still nothing.

Remove face, clean contacts with alcohol or contact cleaner, put it back. Worth a try. It's one of the best sounding, but MOST PROBLEMATIC all around unit. I had 2 of them - different problems //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif

I did see one article where if the face dosen't fold all the way out it will not eject, I am going to check for obstructions

this was the problem the face clears my miles but the arm that hold the face barely touch the plasticof the dash mount, a little pressure on the face while it is open send the cd right out. So I will mod the hing a little to fix this, nothing a little filing can cure
