Eclipse and Alternator whine...

I have an Eclipse AVN52d/5510 in my Nissan and Im getting alt. whine pretty bad.Im using two amps right now,one for the fronts and a sub amp.Anyone have any experience with an Eclipse that might know how to fix this?

Check all your grounds. Is any wiring done in the engine bay (Big-3 ?)

A ground loop isolator costs a few bucks and goes on the RCA's but it is not the most legit repair

ground the eclipse deck wire dont use the factory ground
