EBay scammer using my photo

its against Ebay policy to use pictures of other people's actual items.

If you buy it, and it does not look like the photo, and it is not one of ebay's supplied stock photos, you can file an item not as described claim.

you should report this person to ebay, or at least aware him of the policy...

if you report him, his listing will be deleted, he will not be refunded, and he will be given an infraction, which shows no practical value, but will be used against him if another instance occurs...

nah he offered to send me the pic of the actual unit. he has enough transaction and remains with 100% feedback that he sounds legit
