Judging by his feedback (100%) i dont think he is a scammer honestly...bet he just ran a quicksearch on google or something and your pic popped up...wouldnt be too concerned about it

I'm with you on that. He should at the very least make mention that the photo isn't his. I'm interested to hear how he responds to JayRich. If he says it's his photo, 100% feedback or not, how will all of you feel then?

You're probably right.

I know its happened to a few other people before, but I dont remember how they handled it.

I saw his ad and I was thinking "that looks familiar..."
