he will say you said it was in working conditon and he got it and its not in working condition. he will file item not as described claim or what ever and say its not in 100% working order. and u get screwed.

Get the money out of your paypal account ASAP until it gets sorted out! Once they decide in his favor and take the money, thats the end of it, they won't look back. If you don't have the money in your account, they'll be more willing to listen and work with you since they don't have the money yet. Either way you'll likely get screwed. hell I got screwed once because a lady wanted a refund and then mailed the item to a different seller. She admitted in her claim that she mailed it to the wrong person and somehow it was still decided in her favor. But they took my money and never listened to a word I said, hopefully they'll listen to you if the money isn't there to take.

I got as response from him: "I tested my self I own my own speaker shop in tampa but its ok you got with the blown sub just note that I got the return address locked in DONT GET CAUGHT SLIPPING!"

Funny thing is he says he owns a "speaker shop" (first time I have heard it called that) but he says "for $300 I could have gotten the one I have fixed" I don't "own a speaker shop" and I could get a subwoofer fixed for about $100. he only has 24 feedback but has been on ebay since '06 and ALL of those are from mid-late 2009 and all of them are ricer parts for a 93-97 Toyota Corolla and 500ft of 18gauge wire that is "flexible like a wet noodle" the he got for $9.99 LOL What a clown!

if this is already a paypal dispute then yes reply about the ice and slipping. if its just emails sent back and forth i wouldnt reply. id wait to see if he files with paypal or not. i wouldnt stir the pot.

You really need to pull your money ASAP. Are Juggs serial numbered, and if so , do you have the serial number of the one you sent.

I pulled the money the day it was sent... I don't have any numbers off the jugg (if they even have them) but I have plenty of pictures and I know I could pick it out of a line-up with a few other juggs.

same thing happened to me but with an amp...the guy bought an amp from me,switched the circuit boards and tried sending me his bad board inside my heatsink...thats why i now take pics or mark the boards in my amps if i sell on ebay.

my suggestion to you is if you still have the email where he said he has another sub like that which is blown,save it and send it to paypal along with the threatening email..it will help you!
