eBay/Paypal problem

If it went out USPS did you use some sort of trackable shipping method? If you cheaped out and went with Parcel Post you might get hung here. I use USPS pretty often but when I do I always use Priority Service with Delivery Confirmation and insure the package for the customer's entire purchase price.

I couldnt stand dealing with their services. The tracking wasnt in real time and only gave you an update once it arrived. They also werent the fastest, especially when I had people receive ground packages via FedEx days before USPS priority in the same vicinity.

I shipped it out Priority.

I just emailed Paypal. This is clearly a scam, Paypal is completely full of shit if they believe this guy. He had sent me to emails before I shipped out his item. I got the emails the 21st and 22nd. After then I told him I shipped the item and never heard from him again. Why would he file a claim a month later? Don't you think he would have emailed me *****ing at me or something?!

Not if his original intent was to try and scam you and get whatever it is you sold him for free...

Thats true but most people that don't plan on scamming some one usually email the seller asking questions to where their item is. Atleast I ask questions when I haven't recieved some thing. If I file a claim I do it 10 days after I bought the item from eBay. Not a month later!

i bet your in trouble. Might as well kiss the money good bye. I bet he waited so long so that you might possibly get rid of the shipping information. Cause if you cant provide tracking info, you lose your money, plain and simple. It happened to me, and it sucks.

How do I take away the feedback I left him, if I can do it (doubt it)?
Feedback, once left, cannot be removed unless the apprpriate fee is paid to SquareTrade and agreed upon by both parties. (which I cannot see happening at this point...)

Closest option you have is to leave the Follow-Up feedback that eBay allows for.
