ebay hid kit sucess??

I have an $85 kit and a $35 kit. the $85 is better quality, but i had a ballast fail. It was replaced under lifetime warranty. The $35 kit has not failed yet but does not have a warranty either.

who were the kits thru?? ddm has lifetime warranty..also what watt amd temp do u got?

Don't use ddm tuning. You'll regret it.

the $85 kit is a precision lighting kit. the $35 is a xentec. both are 35w 6k color. the xentec is bluer, even tho same color for both. fwiw

i might just get the xentec and seal it woth silicone like someone said...has anyone used the big bulky ballast..theres a youtube video of a comparison of all the different styles

yea i noticed the xentec seem to be bluer at lower temps i better not get 8k with the xentec..hows the output?

They are bright as hell. They illuminate reflective signs when it is still light out. I get compliments on them all the time.

yea i think im gona get 2 35w 6k kits that way i dont have to worry bout running relays or melting my new housings
