My 325i sedan is in need of a sound upgrade. So far I've bought:
Polk DB6501 Components
Cadence TXA-3004 Amplifier (2 channels used for the comps, 2 left for the sub/subs)
Amp specs:
4 Ohm RMS Power: 4 x 75 Watts
2 Ohm RMS Power: 4 x 150 Watts
4 Ohm Bridged RMS Power: 2 x 300 Watts
Budget: Around $50 or less for the driver(s). Used/ebay would be great to get the most for my money.
Business time
I dont have any speakers in the rear deck. Ive been hearing a lot about "Infinite Baffle". Is that something I should do? How hard would it be to fit 8" subs in the rear deck? 10" possible?
Also,It would be nice to keep the size down because I need trunk space... but i doubt I can afford anything that could take up enough room in my trunk
Thanks in advance,
Kris
