Dynamating Car With Plastic Doors?

I have a 2003 Saturn, and the outside part of the doors are plastic, easily flexes. So can I still and is it worth dynamating these type of doors?

Yes, it's absolutely worth it.

I did with my s10 blazer when I had it. Just make sure it's hot outside and let the dynamat soak up the sunrays. Makes it easier to apply to the plastic doors and makes the adhesive stickier/tackier to work with(or a use of the heat gun works too). I had to put on a few layers.....because early vehicle doors were a lot of rattles are and not much padding compared to newer vehicles today.
