Dynamat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for my JL subs!!!

make sure that you COMPLETELY cover the backside of the sub with it, cover the motor, and basket, and if you can leave a little overhang to seal it to the back side of the box that will help out a ton.

that keeps anything internal from vibrating, and keeps the waves from leaking out the backside of it, like the dynamat diagram shows (like with the trunk of the car, but it is equally important inside the enclosure as well.)

 
lmao u guys hastle me for anything. i was gonna pay soundadvice, but i thought id some of your advice a shot and listen to y'all and try to maybe dynamat my **** by myself... oh well..

Additinally, no need to reference "max" anything as those specs are useless. Most of know how to look at specs for a given speaker, amp, HU, etc...

If they had an orange basket I would have to buy them.... Hmmmm Sell my 4 Xs and get 6 of those and do no-wall again with one more 4500..... :unsure:

That’s the little single 6.5 inch enclosure. The Savard did just as well as the RDS. These subs do well in ported or 6th orders but not as well...
