DVC and SVC does this matter

If they are 4 ohm VCs then yes..a lot of amps unless its a mono block dont really like a 1.33 ohm load. If the SVC is a better sub you could wire the DVC in stereo and bridge the SVC if your amp is capable of three way mode. they will get approximately the same power that way.
