dual amp vs headunit power

I know this is a low quality amp but its only $55 and I can always return it but I'm wonderimg wouldnit still make my pioneer ts-d component speakers sound bettwr my head unit is 14 rms a channel and the dual amp is 50 rms at 4 homs a channel , worth using instead of headunit power? Amp model is dualxpe2700 headunit is pioneer hd5500 speakers are ts-d1720c
