Not if you aren't pulling more amperage than the 4 ga or 1/0 can handle in the first place, no.

AND by frame we hope you mean to frame and not a piece of sheet metal, seatbelt bolt, etc.

You should be absolutely positively fine by doing so. Also, the shorter the runs can be made, the better.

 
Yah that really wasnt that clear. Im gonna be running the 0 through the bottom the cab to the frame.

The longest run will be about 9 ft of 0 for the supply.

 
I run 4 amps in one of my setups, and use a solid brass grounding distro block of 0ga to the body frame,never had any issues, and also a relay for all Remote for amps with a solid brass distro as well.You will be just fine:)
