Yeah I am going to court on tuesday for throwing an object from a moving vehicle. I'm just not sure if they will drug test me or not.

That is a plain stupid thing to do,you must be stoned:eyebrow:

Cop's wont drug test you,however it takes 30 days for weed to leave your bloodstream,so its safe to assume

YOU FAIL,GO DIRECTLY TO JAIL

you could stop throwing shit at cars to, but i guess thats more of a preventative measure.

No they won't but here's how to do it. As an athlete (distance runner) the quickest way to replenish your body is to one, drink a lot (I wouldn't drink water, just sucks. Drink gatorade, powerade, etc. but avoid carbonation, it'll hurt after a while). By drink a lot I'd say drink 1/2 to 3/4 what your weight is once to twice a day. By this I mean if you weigh 150 lbs, drink 75 oz. one or two times a day. Next, SAUNA OR STEAM BATH!!! Steam bath is the best way, it opens up your pores and will drain any thing your body doesn't need to remain hydrated (alcohol, some drugs will drain out quicker). So try going to a country club or a friend's house if they have one. Drinking 20 minutes prior to extensive heat is important for maximum drainage. Your kidneys will do a lot of the work, so the drinking is big. Next, just do some running, run a few miles, that's a quick way to clear out your blood stream. Most likely, they won't pee test you right away, if you go on probation you will get pee tested every month, or every other month, just depending on what they think of you. My friend was about to get of probo (2 more weeks) so he smoked to enjoy it, got tested the NEXT day, he knew he failed so he smoked some more afterward, got tested a week and half later and failed again. Idiot! That's why I've never touched the stuff.

Yeah its a little more tricky than that for me. I got in some trouble a few months ago, out being stupid with some friends and I threw a cup out of my car at someone coming at me (please don't rag on me about this I've already gotten enough guys) and it hit the car, he turned around and chased after me and my buddies started yelling run so I punched it and took off. BTW he had just gotten done smoking, after a wild chase I see lights and I pull over. Cops surround me and run up to my car guns drawn and arrest all of us. They searched the car and found ZigZags and a lighter, after being questioned and everything which I was more than honest about the cop told me just a few charges that he knew of that I could get. Wreckless driving, wreckless endangerment, contributing to the delicounsy of a minor, loitering, throwing an object out of a moving vehicle, and driving under the influence. After that night I heard nothing until a few weeks ago when I got a call from a detective and I went to a plea at the court. Basically I am only being charged for throwing an object out of a moving vehicle. At the plea nothing was even mentioned about anything else. Sucks man, I did something really stupid once to try to get money for a vr4000d, stole about 1500 dollars worth of stuff with a friend from a store. Why, I was an idiot, I'd never thought of doing that before, it was the first time I broke the law so they expunged it all an cleared it off my record. Only the fed has access to that now. IT SUCKED though.

Yeah I know it was stupid and I have been trying to make changes in my life to hang out with the right people and stay out of trouble. Around here where I live at least %75 of everyone around here smokes dope so its hard to find friends that don't influence you to do it all the time. I have definatley learned a good lesson about being so stupid and I know that next time I won't get nearly as lucky.

Dont worry its the last time I will ever do something like that. I never would have thought about it if it wasn't due to influence from certain friends but either way, I'm the one who threw it and its my fault for listening to him.

Don't listen to your friends man! Honestly, every one of my friends, and I mean EVERY one smokes weed regularly. I never really got into the whole thing. My last job did random drug tests, so that was what I told my friends when they tried to get me to smoke. I don't work there anymore and I don't get drug tests anymore, but I still don't smoke. It gets lame sometimes when all your loser friends want to do is get stoned. But I deal with it every day.

It actually makes you not want to do it when you watch your friends, and see what losers they are. It is a waste of time and money IMO.

Oh yea, what I have seen people do to pass a drug test, is to have someone who doesn't smoke in the car with you right before you go in. Have them piss in a condom of something, and just poke a hole in it when you go to piss. I have seen this work many times. Seems risky to me though.

Whoever said it takes 30 days to clear it from your system, you're wrong. It can take anywhere from 3-30 days, depending on if you smoke regularly, and how much you weigh. If you aren't big and you don't smoke often, it will be towards the shorter end of the scale.

But I highly doubt that they will piss test you for what you're being charged for, even though you were bombed at the time.
