dude. either way they fire. they are gona hit the "lows"My current sub right now is down firing with dual ports. What i like about it is it hits all the deep lows. But i've never heard the front firing systems and if they also hit the lows.
I'm planning on putting two 10" L7's down firing.
I've completely changed my system around, i have a new sundown 1500d 1/0 kicker wire, kenwood xc790 and a finished box, (not my profi pic) but I do have two napalms firing upward with ports upward and that was the loudest on the tm and we have experrimented with three other configs, i have heard that in full size trucks port forward sub forward or sub forward port side... But with compact trucks port up sub up is the way to go from what I've worked with.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gifYou'll never see me up firing subs in a truck...usually results in too much cancellation.
The only way to tell your differences though would be to experiment. I've always been a fan of down firing in a truck.
