I have done them, but it takes a little custom work to make them mount and look good.

yea you can...I'm pretty sure Metra makes a kit for it...but you will need the trim piece for the ones with Navigation.....i'm talking about the trim piece around the radio from factory

Actually, I have done them with the factory, non nav version dash trim, the factory trim needs to be shaved a little, depending on the double din model, and use pieces of the metra 99-6507 dash kit.
