Double Din Help 2006 Grand Cherokee

I just bought a new-ish car and want to install a double din Nav unit...what do I need to buy in addition to the head unit?

PS, I am looking at the Panasonic Strada, but also open to suggestions on a comparable one in price...

for easier installation buy a wiring harness/kit for it. other than that everything you would need should come with the hu like antenna, maps, etc.

Will my Cherokee fit a double din kit found on eBay? And that'd be all I need?

i think you might have to get the factory bezel that had the bigger opening, if you dont have nav now then it has a din 1/2 radio.

can custom make one with filler and a dremmel. i know there are a few write ups on magnums that people have done. i bought the factory nav bezel for my magnum when i had it was like140 at stealership.

Yeah, I have no chance of doing that lol. I am useless with tools.

check some magnum forums i think they are the same part number but im not 100%. i sold mine that was used for less then 2 months for 60 shipped.
