door panels where?

i have a set of mbquart referance 6.5's and currently ar running them bt the 4x4 shifter, i guess this is a bad idea cause they sound like crap down there. i would like to put them in the doors of a 94 gm sierra ext cab, and was wondering how you guys with this vehicle have done it or if there panels to purchase somewhere?
