door panel

Hey guys i blow my driver side door speaker last night. im out there now trying to get my door panel off. i got it all off but from some reason my handle that makes the window go up and down is not coming off. it seems to be whats stoping the panel from coming off. i cand spin the whole panel around and that seems to be were its sping from. i got my hand in side the door and i see that there is not much holding the handle. how do i get the rest of the panel off. its a 1999 ford escort.

never mind i made a door handle remover tool out of a metal coat hanger worked great. thanks anyways
