Door noise

I installed my mb quart pvf 216's yesterday and when i turn em up loud it would appear the plastic coating on my door to keep wind out and such makes a horrible almost nails on chalkboard sound. its a 96 nissan maxima. anyone with this car or another car had this problem before.

i know deader will help but i want to see if its the vibration of the plastic from other peoples experiences

of course.....every car's door panels make horrible noises.
