Umm- dont know if its been mentioned in here (not reading) but the "team rf" was a real sub. based of the tc4hp (at first) then the cactus sounds woofer) retail was around 3k (although how many ppl pay retail?) but as far as i know- the 12's and 15's were the only ones offered to the public.. (10's and 18's were made for competitors only) as far as not being attainable in the u.s.- thats a joke. cant say about his box, as i havent seen it..

yeah around there. Its a cardoid based mic, so its suseptible to air movement rather than pressure, which makes reading it a bit goofy if you smack it by accident or something. But measuring up against the TL it was just a couple db's high....its really just a easy way to test to see where you're at.

yeah well this one time, i was at a cocaine stripper party and this dude said his suzuki swift with 10 18's was louder then everything! i said no way, he said yeah. he said he had 20 xxx10,000Ds strapped and blew his windows 15 feet in every direction as soon as he turned the h/u on. i said no way thats lame i read CA.com and they say thats not possible. so we go out and i let him hear my super CA.com inspired single 15" set up and he gave up and said he blew some fuses when he heard my macho man bass.

seriously though when i was puttin this dd in for the 1st time, some dude walked past my apt. and started talking about how he had an all memphis set up in a civic hatch and blew his windows out all the time. i said dang i bet it was loud and played into his tale a little so he didnt feel like an ***. but after i got all my shit straightened up i took him for a ride to the store and he said it was the loudest thing he's EVAR HERD. and i know my shit aint that loud i barely flex the windows let alone break any.

i had this guy tell me about a year ago how he had a Dodge Durango with 36 15" woofers in it and how he had to replace his windshield 6 times, and because the bass hit so hard he had to use a "Kicker" cassette deck because CD's skipped. mysteriously he also had 20 screens with a DVD player.....i laughed.....I asked him why the dvd player didnt skip and he STFU...

i still havent really gotten to show off yet, though one of my freinds still thinks his 4 10" kicker comps (all different impendices) in a sealed box off of a cadence amp is louder than mine. even though when i hooked up my 20.1 to his subs they got louder...
