i don't go to church either. i'm actually atheist, but i can't stand people who don't respect others personal beliefs. it's funny how liberals, partiers and stoners whine about others being closed minded but never turn the mirror around. maybe that's not you, i just got that impression from your post.

I don't think it was a respect issue as much as an informational issue. People who do not attend church do not know all of the activities about churches. I posed a similar question when I saw a local church pouring concrete for a basketball goal.

I thought "Shouldn't you be praying or learning about God while at church, not playing basketball?" As it turns out, church is more like a social club or civic organization moreso than an institution focused soley on worship.

His viewpoint is not uncommon by those who have never entered a church. It also seems that different churches have different rules regarding such non-God focused activites.

that was the original post. it didn't seem like a question as much as laughing at someone for either going to church or playing ping pong at the church. i may have jumped to conclusions.

I fvcking hate it when people have this POS system and they start saying "Yeah I got this awsome system thats like 2000 watts" and "my subs are like 2000 watts each"God **** Wal Mart junk!

Same with the AA poly mids/Vifa tweets up front. I tell them I took apart some Radio Shack home speakers and stuck em in the doors. I like seeing the looks on their faces when they hear it.

Although I don't always think it's guys just BS'ing. A lot of the younger guys just aren't informed enough and believe what the box says, store owner tells them, etc... And that ignorance it bliss until they come across someone with a real system.
