maybe you cant believe it has been posted, but it has. and the stone cold truth is that he has horrible customer service, absolutly attrocious. maybe the product is absolutly great, perhaps the best out there. but that doesent change what has happened, and it doesent change the fact that he has a list of customers who are pissed because of the fact that he is so rude.
put yourself in our shoes, you contact a person, talk to him via email, contact him over the phone, you feel secure with the transaction and the terms are set. so you go ahead and you purchase a money order for almost $500 and you mail it to him, all of a sudden you cant get a hold of him anymore, no emails, no phone calls, nothing. does that sound like something a normal ratinal person would do? didnt think so.
and even if he was busy, why the hell cant he pick up a phone, that takes all of 2 minutes at the most. just gotta pick up the phone and say "hello. oh yes, im sorry, we have been busy, your order is going to take slightly longer than expected. it will be shipped in the next 2-3 weeks, ill let you know when we get it out." being busy is no excuse to treat customers like we have been treated, there is no excuse.
