Does this look about right?

Well, I saw an earlier topic about this, so I figured I'd post up my plans. This is how I was planning on setting up my system. I've had this drawn for a couple weeks now. The only questions I have, is what size fuse do I need? I was thinking 300A.

And, is this how I should place them?

between hood battery and first trunk battery positive

Then, between each Battery and amp positive.

I figured, you don't need a fuse b/t the two back batteries.

Does that sound about right?

yes and i hope some inline fuses on those power wires

EDIT" 300 amp fuses will be fine

ground out the back batteries to chassis. not running of the battery from under the hood

ground the two rear battery's in the back as well

you bolt the ground to the chassis....

As for fuse sizes, fuse based on wire capacity. IIRC 3/0 is good for about 400A. All of the 1/0 should be 300A. Ground each battery in addition to parallel connections between NEG posts.
