"Dynamat" is a brand name for sound deadening. I'd recommend Second Skin and RAAMmat over it, personally...Google these names.

And for a daily driver, it's very good to have...for competition I've seen it raise or lower scores, so it depends.

Yes, it can help the sound quality overall and it also stops that incessant rattling that big bodies are known for.

Second Skin makes awesome products, it's who I'd look at.

But yeah, a sound deadener will help. It's not hard to install, just peel and stick. Because I can bet you SOMETHING in your truck will rattle w/ those kickers
