Do You Need a Carbide Blade to cut Fiberglass w/ Dremel?

on the back the the dremel bit packages, the only one i found that says cuts fiberglass is the carbide blade, which happens to be one of the most expensive ones. Do you need this one, or will the cheaper more typical fiberglass reinforced "cut-off wheels" do the job?

The cutting wheel (#542 I believe) works just fine, it's like 10 bucks.

diamond tip bits work for me.

use a jigsaw. dont waste your time with a dremel.

I used a dremel. With a #542, and uses a dremel with the brownish/redish cutoff wheels, not the fiber reinforced ones, the smaller ones.

use a jigsaw, works great its what i did cuts it in to time, theose dam cut off wheels brake all the time and take longer...
