Do you have a grill on your sub?

Was wondering if a grill would be a worthwhile investment for my AA Atlas 12. Can any grill work? Did you make yours? Did you purchase? If so, where?

I just have the one that came with my Q-logic box, not that it offers much if any protection. As long as you have you sub secured (where it won’t move around) you should be fine. If mine didn’t have one I would bother buying one.

Grills are needed if there is a potential that something could contact the sub while playing. Objects in the trunk, idiots who wanna touch your moving sub, and the like.

I don't, but I also don't have those kinds of problems.

i am going to get one on my home 15" dayton if that helps..my sister's bf always like to **** around with my audio stuff like putting his feet on the cones while i'm not in the room

I dont have one, but I really should. All my friends are idiots, and just thorw grocieries right in front of the cone etc.

reminds me of my one friend who had an ice cooler slide into one of his type r cones and punched a hole right through it! he duct taped and either used bondo or plaster but when he was done with it, it was ugly but sounded exactly the same hahaha.
