I want to start competing. I went to a local comp back in 04 and it was fun. I lost...not horribly, but did lose. I had a great time tho.

Right now I am building a small system to try bass racing this year. I dont care if I lose or not. I just want to try it.

I compete, a lot. This is why I'm rarely on the forums.

Well, as I currently don't have a system, it'd be hard for me to compete - and even when I get my system, it'll be a fairly small semi-SQ system. As much of an SQ system as you can get on a budget, at least.

However - I would absolutely love to come out to the competitions. I'd love to attend a few. However, I don't want to have to drive more than two hours out of my way for it - especially if I can't compete myself. But, I don't want to drive two hours, either, and find that there was only 30-40 people who came out.

I'll come out to smaller local comps, if I find out about them, or larger semi-local comps, but I never hear of them.
