Do I need fuses before my amps?

I have the standard fuse 12" from the battery and I am looking to switch to the "puck" style distribution block that sits on top of a capacitor. Do I need to add fuses after this or anywhere before it? Thanks a lot.

u can put some there just to be safe...it would never hurt!!

yeah, i agree...wouldn't hurt, i have my amps externally fused at a distro block, but that's also because there's a drop in wire gauge. Any time the wire gauge drops, you need to fuse it to protect the wire.
