hey im getting ready to buty another jl 12w3 and am wondering if i have 2 of those hooked up with 400watt each so i need an extra boost in power or a capaciter?

What size alternator do you have? I would think that most cars can run 800 watts without too much of a problem.

i ran 2 12w3's, with 900wrms PLUS a pg zx450 amp. about 450wrms, off a stock alt of 105amps.

i was fine. so that gives ya an idea.

so if im running 900 watts at 1 ohm ill be ok on my stock amp battery or should i get a capaciter, my alternator is like 150 maybe or 100 its on a ford expedition if that means anyhting maybe cuz its a truck.

Capacitors=Waste of money (for power stiffening purposes) Just do the big three (Look it up on the forum), and you should be done.
