AMP connect to SUB

Hi there

My AMP is 50w RMS *2 ch@4O. and 150W RMS*1 ( bridged)@4O

The SUB is 10inch 100W RMS 4O. 450W max handing.

Could you please tell me Can I use this AMP to run my SUb? use one of channal or use Bridged model.

SUB and AMP bouth comes with a Package.( brand is LinghtingAudio F &F.)
