Do i need a second inline fuse???

I just purchased a Sundown saz1500d v2 and I need to know if, since I already have an inline fuse close to battery, do I have to put a second fuse near amp? I am using 1/0 ga copper wire with a stock 90a alternator and single starting battery. I have a 200a anl inline fuse close to battery already. I also have a 250a stinger anl fuse at home if that would be better. I am also running a Fosgate p4004. I will use dist block to separate the two. 4 gauge to Fosgate and 0ga continued to Saz1500. I have been using a Concept cc-d1200 with the Fosgate and my voltage doesn't drop below 13 volts. Big 3 done in 1/0 copper wire also. Will my amp be at risk? I may end up running a .67 ohm load too.

if the distro block isn't fused currently, then the 4 awg wire is not protected (unless the amp has fusing on it). you only need to add fusing at the amps if you reduce wire size or if the manufacture recommends you fuse at a specific value.

the Sundown recommends 160A fusing and the Rockford requires external fusing (read the manual to determine size) - so you are currently voiding the warranty on both amps by running only a single 200A fuse. You will probably be fine just reducing the fuse at the battery to 160A then adding a smaller inline fuse for the Rockford.

The Fosgate amp has the correct 60a fuse already. The only amp that doesn't have a fuse is the sundown. but I will be using 0ga to it. Only using distribution block so I can split power wire down to 4ga for Fosgate amp.

my dist block has two 0 ga outlets and 4four 4ga outlets. Im jus gonna use same 0 ga to the su.down
