If you used welding wire I'd suggest at least 2/0 to get the same size wire which could cost more considering the wire fuse block and 6 terminals And may not be as flexible but either way is fine

alright, if I do the big 3 I will very likely use your kit thanks for the help. I will pm you soon, I'll clamp my amp to see what I get w/o it and see if I have any light dimming and then decide at that point.

Any amp over 700 rms in your truck will need a big 3
