I just installed my monoblock class D amp and my sub and I want to amp up my 4 6x8 speakers. How do I wire up 2 amps or what? Can I have the two amps going to the head unit separately? I'm a total noob when it comes this stuff so thanks! Im running a sony CDX-GT260MP head unit, with a sony XM-1s monoblock amp going to my kicker 10cvr124. I want my amp to rms at around 125-150 per channel. Thanks!

125-150watts RMS is a bit optimistic for $150, but also unnecessary IMO. What 6x8 speaker needs this power? For 150 you can probably buy something like a PPI Sedona, PPI Black Ice, or MB Quart ONX4 4-channel amplifiers. I would have preferred PPI Phantom P900.4 as it's much smaller, runs cooler and it does provide more power, but usually costs >200.

yup im gona be running the ppi bk6800.4 on my audioque mids and supertweeets..130x4 rms for about 180 bucks

Yeah after re thinking, my speaker peak at 700, so i prob want them to be running them at like 400-480, so something like 120x4 channels. I'll check out those!
