Need more info man? What Car you have? Wet Cell or Dry Cell battery?...

But to answer basically yeah stock will be okay on that 750

Im sure you will be fine enless your cars battery or alternator is already warn out. That 14.4 volts is just what kicker rated the amplifier at, if your giving it less then that it wont hurt it enless your having serious voltage drops.

What does it matter what kind of battery, I thought this only applied to alternator characteristics....105 amp alternator battery not sure ..

Battery is definitely secondary, but it matters.

If you have a small and/or old/weak and/or cheap battery it will definitely require more work from the alt in order to keep it topped off.

~750w rms shouldn't be a struggle for a 105A alt electrical system.

Although there are always variables that could make it a problem -- for example, blasting heavy bass constantly and clipping the amp at extreme levels.
