do i have to use all the RCA's?

You need y adapters then, but I believe in the MTX 4ch amps it will automatically duplicate whats coming in for hte first input to the second.

 
I dont think you will because of the type of amp you have, but you still need input on all 4 channels when you do bridge it to only two....
