I said it was on par (as i know it is on par, i don't have to prove anything)...However in regards to the statement at hand, you can not definitively say one will always be louder than another one...because it won't always be. If it would always be louder...it would be written into a law of science much like Newton's first law of motion.

Which definitely is not happening.

Edit: Sit back and ask yourself this, you know every single thing about a given product line from company X. Why would you even think about coming with a new brand name under company Y and introducing an inferior product with respect to company X, when you formerly owned company X?

i can guarantee that i can make a box that the SX would outperform the SSD in, and the same the other way around....I can make a box that the SSD would perform the SX in....

The SX I had was a piece of crap. Both my SE and seXXX sounded better and got louder.

Not a big loss, IMO.

it defend on the installer.... coz i hate when someone is saying that this thing is louder than that etc etc... im not on brand. im more on the product performance. my friend cheap subs outperform branded and so called loud subs in a dbdrag competion. well if its your opinion be it. coz were all different.. anyway thanks for the input!

seXXX = yum. Best hybrid sub I ever got to hear in a long while.

id expect you to say that your very close to fi...i love aswell like i said ive owned 3 lines of their product...and ive plyed with sx's quite a bit now..

like I said as an unbiased bass head...its louder than a q but not as loud as a bl, and not quite as good sounding as a q but better sounding than a bl.

everyone is intitled to their opinion...ive had ALOT of powr running to my q and it didnt like it where *** i took the same amount of power tehn put it on my bl took it like a champ...now i got the sx itll take more power than the q but ill make it tap out close to what teh bl wanted...

the ssd is just not even in the same league as the sx different motor different handleing to me the ssd is in line with the se....

I'm telling you from a design standpoint.

I know both subs inside, out, and backwards.

Now, for the last time.

I'm not being biased, i'm being 100% factual with my claims...I have no reason at all to lie...

The SSD you heard and played with was probably with a copper coil, the flatwound coil makes a big difference in that motor....

It could come down to an argument of brand bias as well. I could build 9 subs that are the exact same and put 9 different brand names on them. Put you in a car and let you see only the brand name of every dustcap. You'll swear up and down that 1 is different and superior to another....even though they are all the same.

If you aren't, then I'm sorry to inform you that my type-r was over 2 dB louder than my SX.
