lol, ok here are the cliffnotes then.
i used 2 same size "pullies", 1 smaller "pulley", and a "belt" and conducted the test right in front of the computer.
i dont know how long the belt was, but this was a baseline just used to get some numbers.
2 same size pulleys on a X" length belt resulted in a 1:1 ratio as it should be.
1 big pulley and 1 small pulley on the same length belt resulted in a 1.25:1 ratio
then i shortened the belt by half or so and these are the results
